Terms of Service

Effective date: February 1, 2026

Last updated: February 1, 2026

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Continuous mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Continuous ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We've written these terms in plain English. If anything is unclear, please reach out and we'll be happy to clarify.

What Continuous Does

Continuous is a digital wellness application for iOS and Android. It uses technology thoughtfully designed to support your well-being, with personalized features that adapt to your preferences and schedule.

Account Terms

You can use Continuous with an anonymous account. No name, email, or personal information is required to get started.

If you choose to add an email address (for account recovery or to contact support), you are responsible for keeping it accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Continuous, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription & Billing

Continuous offers a free trial period. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the Service. Pricing and billing terms are displayed within the app.

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled entirely by these platforms according to their respective terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you'll retain access until your paid period ends.

We do not directly process or store any payment information. For billing questions or refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly, or reach out to us and we'll help where we can.

Content Disclaimer

The content provided by Continuous is not medical advice, therapeutic treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or your local emergency services. In the US, you can reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

Content within the Service is provided for personal wellness purposes only. You are responsible for how you use and interpret the content.

Acceptable Use

We trust our users to act in good faith. That said, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' experience
  • Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements or misuse trial periods

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Termination

You can stop using Continuous at any time. Cancel your subscription through your device's app store and delete the app — that's it.

If you want to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so in the app's settings or by emailing hello@continuous.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we do, we'll notify you and explain why, unless we're legally prohibited from doing so.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep Continuous running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be available 100% of the time or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continuous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
